It is important and mandatory to check the compatibility between the DKV BOX EUROPE device and your vehicle before each transport, and below we tell you what you need to pay attention to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The device is issued by the supplier Toll 4Europe with the related specifications only for the tractor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. If you have opted for Austria activation on your device, please download the document (ASFINAG vehicle declaration) received in your email from the following email address: eets-order@dkv-euroservice.com. The presence of this document in the car is mandatory for the entire period of transit through Austria.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    What to check:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. After coupling and uncoupling a trailer, the driver must always update the axle number of the trailers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The emission class must match that of the vehicle identification book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. The registration number must be the correct one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. The maximum weight must coincide with the value specified in the vehicle identification book.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. The countries found on the device must match the original request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. The car\u2019s country of registration must be set correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. If AUSTRIA is included on the device, the driver must also have the ASFINAG declaration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Regarding the correct charging, we remind you that in Italy it is necessary to follow the instructions regarding the correct placement in the lane intended for your charging method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      It is important that the device is correctly mounted on the windshield for correct tax recording and connected to the vehicle\u2019s power supply (permanent mounting) or connected to the cigarette lighter socket (flexible mounting).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Make sure that the driver\u2019s view is not obstructed or limited and that you do not have other devices nearby (GPS or airbags). This step is important as they may interfere with the DKV Box Europe signal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
